This included stripping out existing fittings and installing new flooring, lighting, bathrooms, ensuites, and a high-spec kitchen. We worked alongside a structural engineer and architect, valuing their input and expertise, to safely dig out or underpin the basement. We instructed and project-managed a third-party company to concrete the newly excavated space to ensure the integrity of the site foundations. We managed the installation of all major structural elements, such as drainage, waterproofing and lighting. We were committed to this goal, explicitly choosing materials with a sustainable kitemark. This included researching the finer details of all materials, including how and where they were made and where they were being transported. The projects included renovating the existing sash windows of the property to increase their energy performance and replacing and updating a new flat roof with a single-ply membrane roofing system on an existing extension. Working on such sensitive projects means collaborating with conversion officers and specialist heritage consultants to ensure all work is respected. It celebrates a property&#8217;s original character and charm while incorporating contemporary fittings. This provides that the building will continue to be enjoyed for many years. This dilapidated and unloved 4-storey building required a complete strip out to the shell. Albion Ra project managed all electrics and data connectivity, flooring, carpentry, lighting, bathrooms, kitchen, security and decoration. We dealt with numerous &#8216;surprise&#8217; projects, including uncovering severe\u00a0<span class=\"x_grame\">dampness<\/span> and flooding\u00a0the upper floor due to old pipes. We also advised our client of desk and lighting plans and disabled access. Our client was\u00a0particular\u00a0about\u00a0the overall feel and look that they wanted to achieve and were very happy with the result.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">This has given
