Our client’s brief was to modernise the property thoroughly. This included stripping out existing fittings and installing new flooring, lighting, bathrooms, ensuites, and a high-spec kitchen. Our client’s vision was to increase the square footage of his home by excavating a basement extension. We worked alongside a structural engineer and architect, valuing their input and expertise, to safely dig out or underpin the basement. We instructed and project-managed a third-party company to concrete the newly excavated space to ensure the integrity of the site foundations. We managed the installation of all major structural elements, such as drainage, waterproofing and lighting. A local law firm instructed us to renovate their new office in the heart of Hampstead. This dilapidated and unloved 4-storey building required a complete strip out to the shell. Albion Ra project managed all electrics and data connectivity, flooring, carpentry, lighting, bathrooms, kitchen, security and decoration. We dealt with numerous ‘surprise’ projects, including uncovering severe dampness and flooding the upper floor due to old pipes. We also advised our client of desk and lighting plans and disabled access. Our client was particular about the overall feel and look that they wanted to achieve and were very happy with the result.
